    Tasks

    • Independent performance of GMP-compliant installation and functional qualifications on SKAN products (e.g. isolators, test devices, etc.) internally and externally at our customers worldwide
    • Checking the design documentation against the system (P&I diagram, electrical and pneumatic diagram or label lists)
    • Calibration and adjustment of sensors and instruments
    • Qualification of ventilation systems (filter test, air velocity mapping and cleanroom class)
    • Carrying out alarm tests, functional tests, input/output tests (I/O tests) and line tests
    • GMP-compliant documentation, including the creation of test reports
    • Re-qualification of isolators
    • Troubleshooting, analysis and elimination of mechanical, electrical or software deviations
  • Assembly Technician

    Tasks

    • Professional and on-schedule installation of isolators and their assemblies
    • Installing ventilation components and pneumatic system parts
