• Solution

  The cleanroom created by the filter modules protects the product from airborne particles and microorganisms. The integrated HEPA filter modules create a Class 5–8 cleanroom zone in accordance with EN ISO 14644-1. These cabinets are intended for the creation of a clean area for isolated applications.

• Functional principle

  The ambient air is drawn in through a pre-filter and flows vertically into the working area through a high-performance HEPA filter. This laminar clean air flow is guided over the working area and flows out of the clean working area. It therefore protects the product or process from contamination.
