• Does SKAN have a spare parts warehouse?

  SKAN sources spare parts from warehouses in Switzerland, Europe, the USA and Japan. Customer-specific spare parts packages can be stored on site for service use at short notice.

  With regional warehouses at our main site as well as in western, central and eastern Switzerland, our technicians are not only able to be on site quickly, but also come fully equipped with the necessary materials.

• How long will the spare parts of my devices be available

  Our manufacturers guarantee the availability of spare parts for 10 years after production ceases.
  Where parts are no longer available, we will work together to find an appropriate solution.

• Can I use the SKAN service if I have a device from another brand?

  If the corresponding spare parts are available, we are more than happy to assist you with repairs and provide spare parts solutions, regardless of brand.
