- Checking the design documentation against the system (P&I diagram, electrical and pneumatic diagram or label lists)
- Calibration and adjustment of sensors and instruments
- Qualification of ventilation systems (filter test, air velocity mapping and cleanroom class)

- Responsibility for several complex isolator projects running in parallel, including air treatment systems, from initial project clarification to successful qualification
- Coordination and close cooperation with internal specialist departments, customers, partners, and suppliers to ensure smooth project progress
- Technical design, calculation, and selection of main components, as well as development of the required plant processes in coordination with all parties involved
- Creation of project-specific specifications and design documents (e.g., basic concept, P&ID), as well as preparation and management of customer and partner meetings – including on-site worldwide
- Support and monitoring of the assembly, commissioning, and fine-tuning phases with regard to schedule, budget, and quality
- Compliance with all relevant standards and regulations (including GMP, Machinery Directive), as well as active participation in the design and optimization of processes and work equipment
