    Tasks

    • Independent performance of GMP-compliant installation and functional qualifications on SKAN products (e.g. isolators, test devices, etc.) internally and externally at our customers worldwide
    • Checking the design documentation against the system (P&I diagram, electrical and pneumatic diagram or label lists)
    • Calibration and adjustment of sensors and instruments
    • Qualification of ventilation systems (filter test, air velocity mapping and cleanroom class)
    • Carrying out alarm tests, functional tests, input/output tests (I/O tests) and line tests
    • GMP-compliant documentation, including the creation of test reports
    • Re-qualification of isolators

    Tasks

    • Professional and on-schedule installation of isolators and their assemblies

    • Responsibility for several complex isolator projects running in parallel, including air treatment systems, from initial project clarification to successful qualification
    • Coordination and close cooperation with internal specialist departments, customers, partners, and suppliers to ensure smooth project progress
    • Technical design, calculation, and selection of main components, as well as development of the required plant processes in coordination with all parties involved
    • Creation of project-specific specifications and design documents (e.g., basic concept, P&ID), as well as preparation and management of customer and partner meetings – including on-site worldwide
    • Support and monitoring of the assembly, commissioning, and fine-tuning phases with regard to schedule, budget, and quality
    • Compliance with all relevant standards and regulations (including GMP, Machinery Directive), as well as active participation in the design and optimization of processes and work equipment
