Jonas Greutert
Chief Executive Officer

Jonas Greutert has served as Chief Executive Officer of SKAN since January 2026, leading the company’s strategic direction, operational performance, and global growth.

Prior to joining SKAN, he spent more than a decade with Mettler Toledo, holding a variety of international leadership positions. Most recently, he led the Product Inspection Division and served as a member of the Group Executive Committee.

Jonas Greutert holds a Doctor of Science (Dr. Sc.) in Computer Engineering from ETH Zurich and an MBA from the University of Rochester.

Jonas Greutert is a Swiss citizen.

Burim Maraj
Chief Financial Officer

With nearly two decades of experience at SKAN, Burim Maraj has played a key role in the company’s growth and development.

After joining the company in 2008, he assumed increasing responsibilities across Finance and Information Technology and became a member of Executive Management in 2012.
Appointed Group CFO in 2018, Burim oversees the global finance organization. Since September 2026, he has also assumed responsibility for Legal & Compliance and ESG.

Burim Maraj holds an Executive MBA from the University of St. Gallen (HSG) and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland (FHNW).

Burim Maraj is a Swiss citizen.

Nicole Progin
Head of Global HR

Nicole Progin is responsible for SKAN’s global people strategy, talent management, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness. She joined SKAN in June 2026 and brings more than 20 years of international HR leadership experience.

She is an experienced international HR executive with a strong track record in listed and globally operating companies. As CHRO of Bystronic Group for 13 years, she led the people agenda throughout periods of significant growth and transformation. Earlier in her career, she served as Head of HR EMEA at Swisslog.

Nicole Progin holds a Master’s degree in Economics and Social Sciences from the University of Bern.

Nicole Progin is a Swiss citizen.

Philippe Jérôme
Head of Equipment & Solutions

Philippe Jérôme is responsible for SKAN’s Equipment & Solutions Segment, leading strategy, innovation, portfolio management, commercial performance, and operational execution to drive sustainable growth and customer success.

Having joined SKAN in 2007, Philippe has held a variety of leadership roles in Sales and Marketing. He became a member of Executive Management in 2017 as Group Chief Marketing Officer before assuming his current role in September 2026.

Philippe Jérôme holds an Engineering Degree from Arts et Métiers (ENSAM), France, and has completed executive education programs at SKU/HSG and INSEAD.

Philippe Jérôme is a French citizen.

Martin Steegmüller
Head of Service, Digital & Single-Use Systems

Martin Steegmüller leads SKAN’s Services, Digital & Single-Use Systems business, focusing on customer-centric solutions across services, digitalisation and single-use systems.

He joined SKAN’s Executive Management in 2017 as Chief Officer Pure Solutions and has since held several leadership positions, most recently as Chief Service Officer from 2025.

Active in the life sciences industry since 2001, he previously held positions at GE Healthcare, Cochlear and Invacare.

Martin Steegmüller holds an Executive MBA from the University of St. Gallen (HSG) and the University of Toronto, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a specialisation in International Marketing.

He holds Swiss and German citizenship.
