• Functional principle

  Class II safety cabinets are equipped with two or three HEPA filters. The three-filter systems are primarily used for the production of cytostatics. In contrast to
  the common 2-filter technology, the third filter stage not only offers a significantly higher safety level due to its innovative filter arrangement, but also numerous other advantages. Redundant HEPA filter system with excellent overall separation levels.

  The main filter stage immediately below the work surface separates
  particulate contaminants directly via an extremely short air duct. This prevents unnecessary contamination of inaccessible areas. Essential air-ducting
  components such as filters, fans and air ducts remain free of contamination.

Thanks to the consistent use of high-quality, energy-saving components, intelligent air control and the combination of ECO mode with an ESM function (Energy Save Mode), power consumption has been reduced by 9% to 17% compared to the previous model. These effects are reinforced by retrofitting options, the design of all components for a long service life with a typical service life of > 15 years (excluding spare parts) and the possibility of highly efficient laboratory planning. As a result, resource- and investment-intensive new purchases can be avoided as far as possible.
