Service and Maintenance of Isolators

  1. Perform maintenance on delivered products both domestically and internationally
  2. Training/Acquire knowledge related to isolators
  3. Serve as the point of contact for customer support and troubleshooting
  4. Support sales promotion of spare parts and retrofit products
  5. Create protocol plans, reports, and Compile measurement data

Requirements

  • Interest in mechanical maintenance
  • Willingness to travel ((work involves frequent business trips, trips on weekend might be required depending on projects))
  • English proficiency: Comfortable using English
  • Japanese proficiency: JLPT N2 or equivalent level
  • Experience in an international environment is a plus

 

Work Location

  • Uruma City, Okinawa (Japan Headquarters)
  • Chuo Ward, Kobe City, Hyogo Prefecture

 

Salary

  • ¥3,750,000 or more (divided into 15 months, paid in May and December, 1.5 months each)
  • Performance bonus (paid once a year based on the previous year’s performance)
  • Negotiable based on experience and skills
  • Overtime pay provided separately

 

Working Hours

  • 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (flexible working hours available)
  • Average monthly overtime: approximately 20 hours

  • Year-end/New Year holidays, Golden Week, summer vacation, paid leave, and other leave systems availabl
