At the heart of these systems is the proprietary non-thermal catalysis, which destroys over 99.8% of microbiological (viruses, bacteria, germs) and chemical contaminants. Known and emerging technologies are combined, while self-regenerating catalysts ensure long-lasting decontamination and energy-efficient operation.
Effectively eliminates microorganisms and contaminants without using heat or chemicals
Significantly reduces particle concentration and efficiently captures odors
Creates a hygienic working environment with clearly enhanced air quality
Intuitive controls allow safe use without extensive training
Operates silently, without disrupting laboratory or clinical environments
Ready for use in a short time, ideal for flexible and immediate applications
Constant control of operating parameters ensures consistent performance
In laboratories, cleanrooms, and medical facilities, air quality is critical for safety and hygiene. Air treatment systems must reliably eliminate airborne particles, germs, and microorganisms to sustainably protect personnel, products, and the environment.
Many applications require a highly particle-reduced environment. Effective air purification ensures controlled conditions essential for sensitive processes such as research, manufacturing, or pharmaceutical testing.
In daily operations, air quality must not only remain consistently high but also be quickly restored when needed. The system should decontaminate and purify room air within a short time frame.
The non-thermal catalysis process consists of three steps: contaminants are first captured by an adsorption medium, then destroyed on a UV-activated catalyst, and finally converted at room temperature. The adsorption medium acts like a sponge, while UV light enhances the germicidal effect. The process produces only small amounts of water vapor and CO₂. HEPA H14 and coarse dust filters reduce particles, while activated carbon filters efficiently remove odors.
