SKAN, headquartered in Switzerland with a strong US presence, is a global leader in the pharmaceutical industry for its cleanroom equipment. This equipment is routinely used in vaccine development, production of pharmaceutical products, and other critical operations to ensure the safety and quality of pharmaceutical drugs.

Our US base is comprised of a parts business, a field service/assembly team, a microbiology team, a documentation qualification department, and a field qualification team, among other administrative functions.

Function Specific Tasks:

  • Coordinate the planning, scheduling, and logistics of resources required to successfully execute field service operations.
  • Lead coordination meetings to ensure test equipment, spare parts, and service resources are available and aligned with project requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal, international, and third-party teams to ensure seamless service execution.
  • Manage the weekly shipment of test kits, spare parts, and equipment to ensure on-time delivery for scheduled service visits.
  • Support service operations through weekly billing reports, work-in-progress (WIP) reports, warranty order creation, and administrative process management.
  • Monitor completed service jobs to measure performance, identify trends, and support year-over-year service growth.
  • Serve as backup to the U.S. Service Scheduling Supervisor, ensuring continuity of scheduling, operational support, and customer service.
  • Act as a liaison between SKAN US Service Scheduling Team and SKAN US order management, freight, metrology, and project management
  • 100% office-based presence in our Raleigh headquarters.

  • Pay Range: $55,500 – $75,500

Qualifications Needed:

  • Experience in pharmaceutical cGMP service industry, preferred
  • Experience in coordination efforts in a fast paced and ever-changing environment
  • At least 1 year managing field technician schedule preferred
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Interest in resolving technical problems
  • Highly organized and adept in multi-tasking
  • Customer service-oriented approach
  • Experience with SAP and Sales Force
