  • The SKAN training programme is designed for our customers and influencers who wish to enhance their understanding of their own laboratory devices, as well as gain a general overview of current standards and guidelines. We conduct the training courses directly on the systems in our showroom as well as on-site at the customers premises.

    Additionally, our employees also undergo training in-house, to ensure they maintain a high level of expertise and are capable of delivering the best possible service to our customers. At the start of their career with SKAN, our technicians attend a training programme at the SKAN Academy, where they are trained by experienced technicians. Furthermore, we provide annual refresher courses to keep up to date with the latest technology.

  • All participants who attend SKAN training courses will receive a certificate issued by SKAN.

  • Our trainers also complete the training programme mentioned above. In addition to their extensive company and system experience, they can provide guidance and support to customers for their enquiries.
