The Workstationevo is a laboratory fume cupboard with partial recirculation and integrated filtration system (activated carbon/HEPA).

The e-loop technology reduces air consumption by approximately 60%, saving energy. The partial recirculation system, along with features such as filter type and saturation monitoring, enhances safety. An optional electronic front sash with motion sensor closes automatically when not in use. Materials and construction are designed for easy and thorough cleaning.

Workstation evo at a glance

Characteristics

  • Reduced air consumption

Up to 60% lower fresh and exhaust air volumes significantly reduce energy demand and operating costs

  • Energy efficiency

Optimized airflow and filter technology provide measurable savings in electricity and heating costs in the laboratory

  • Continiuous filter monitoring

Ongoing monitoring of filter saturation ensures maximum safety and timely maintenance

  • Automatic filter recogniction

The system automatically detects the installed filter type, ensuring correct operating parameters

  • Airflow monitoring

Airflow surveillance guarantees consistent extraction performance and prevents unnoticed reductions in efficiency

  • Versatile filter options

A wide range of filters allows adaptation to different hazardous substances and specific laboratory processes

Requirements

Requirements that make your daily work safer and easier

  • Handling of active substances

The system enables safe handling of chemicals, solvent vapors, and active substances.

  • Energy and resource-efficient

Optimized airflow and reduced fresh air volumes lower energy consumption and operating costs. At the same time, resource usage is minimized without compromising air quality or user safety.

  • Clean exhaust ducts

Extraction must be designed to prevent deposits in exhaust ducts. This reduces maintenance effort, prevents contamination in the building, and ensures long-term reliable and safe operation.

Functional principle

Protection directly at the source

Air is drawn from the laboratory, and the airflow curtain at the work opening prevents the escape of hazardous substances. Fresh air mixes with contaminated air and is directed through intake grilles to the filters. Cleaned exhaust air is then routed to the internal ventilation system—partly to the building exhaust and partly back into the work area. The exhaust stream is continuously filtered, removing hazardous substances directly at the source.

Focus on the future

Efficient operation thanks to e-loop, economical and ecological

The “e” in e-loop stands for economic and ecological. The Workstation evo combines a cost-saving partial recirculation principle with unique airflow management and specialized filter technology. Energy and exhaust air demand are significantly reduced, building utilization is optimized, operating costs are lowered, and resources are conserved. Safety and ergonomics are maintained at the same high level as conventional fume cupboards.
