Disclosure of personal data to recipients<\/h4>\n<p>We have split our customer service into sales regions. If one of our regional sales partners\/branches\/subsidiaries is responsible for responding to your request or carrying out pre-contractual and contractual measures, we will pass on your contact details to the office responsible in that region. Third countries<\/h4>\n<p>The transfer of personal data to a third country or an international organisation outside Switzerland is subject to legal or contractual authorisation and only under the conditions set out in Art. 16 et seq. FADP. This means that an adequacy decision has been issued by the Federal Council for the country in question, adequate data protection guarantees exist in accordance with Art. 16 (2) FADP or disclosure is permitted on the basis of an exception under Art. 17 FADP.<\/p>\n<p>We may have integrated external services into our website whose providers are based in the USA. When these services are active, personal data is collected in connection with the provision of that service and may be transferred to and stored on servers in the USA. The Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) considers the USA to be a country with an inadequate level of data protection. If data is transferred to the USA, there is a fundamental risk that the data may be accessed by the US authorities and used for control and monitoring purposes without you being informed and without you being able to seek redress.<\/p>\n<p>As a data subject, you have the following rights:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Under Art. 25 FADP, you may request information on whether personal data concerning you is being processed. Deletion and restriction of personal data<\/h4>\n<p>Except as otherwise provided in this Privacy Notice, personal data will be deleted when it is no longer required for the purposes for which it was collected or otherwise processed and deletion does not conflict with any legal retention obligations. If personal data is required for other lawful purposes, it will not be deleted but its processing will be restricted. In the event of a restriction, the data will not be processed for other purposes. Access data and log files<\/h3>\n<p>When you access our website or any of its pages, the browser on your device automatically sends information to our website server. The data will remain with us until you request its deletion, revoke your consent to its storage, or the purpose for which it was stored no longer applies (for example, after processing your enquiry). This is without prejudice to any mandatory legal requirements, in particular retention periods.<\/p>\n<h3>4. Contact form<\/h3>\n<p>If you use the contact form, we will need your e-mail address, Name, Telephone and any other contact details you may have so that we can get in touch with you personally. Further information may be provided on a voluntary basis. The processing of personal data for the purpose of contacting you and responding to your request is based on your voluntary consent. All personal data collected in connection with the contact form will be deleted after your enquiry has been dealt with, unless storage is necessary for the documentation of other processes (for example, the subsequent conclusion of a contract).<\/p>\n<h3>5. Email direct marketing to customers<\/h3>\n<p>If you are a customer of ours and we have obtained your email address in connection with the sale of a product or service, we may use your email address for direct marketing of our own similar products, works or services. This will only happen if you have not objected and we clearly inform you of the possibility to object when collecting the email address and each time it is used. The legal basis for the processing is our legitimate interest in direct marketing under Art. 3 (1)(o) UWG. We will store the personal data until you object to the processing.<\/p>\n<h3>6. Newsletter<\/h3>\n<p>If you would like to receive our newsletter, we need your e-mail address, name. The processing of personal data for the purpose of sending the newsletter is based on your voluntary consent using the so-called double opt-in procedure. The email address will be used for this purpose and stored until you revoke your consent or unsubscribe from the newsletter. You can unsubscribe at any time, for example via a link at the end of each newsletter. Alternatively, you can send your revocation\/unsubscription request at any time to the email address given under clause II.<\/p>\n<p>We send our newsletters using a so-called &#8216;web beacon&#8217;. A web beacon is a miniature image that is embedded in the HTML format of the newsletter to enable analysis of reader behaviour. We store whether and at what time a newsletter was opened and which of the links contained in the newsletter were called up by you. We use this information to compile statistics on the success or failure of a marketing campaign, to optimise the sending of newsletters and to better tailor the content of future newsletters to your interests. The data collected will not be passed on to third parties and will be deleted after statistical analysis.<\/p>\n<h3>7. Application form<\/h3>\n<p>When you use our application form, you will be asked to provide your name and contact details and to send us your application documents so that we can review your application and contact you personally. The processing of personal data for the purpose of processing your application is based on your voluntary consent. We use Salesforce to process and manage enquiries, provide website forms, and carry out marketing and communication activities. We also use it to send our email newsletter and provide certain content (&#8216;gated content&#8217;) that can only be accessed after personal data has been entered. Salesforce processes this personal data as a data processor, acting exclusively on our instructions.<\/p>\n<p>To analyse the reading behaviour of our newsletter recipients, the emails we send contain web beacons, also known as tracking pixels. These are single-pixel image files stored on our website. This enables us to establish whether a newsletter has been opened and, if so, which links have been clicked. We use conversion tracking to analyse whether a predefined action (e.g. the purchase of a product on our website) has taken place after clicking on a link in the newsletter. Technical information is also collected (e.g. time of access, IP address, browser type and operating system). This data is collected in pseudonymised form and is not used to identify individuals. If you do not wish this data to be analysed for statistical purposes, please unsubscribe from the newsletter.<\/p>\n<h2><\/h2>\n<h2>IV. Statistics and analysis<\/h2>\n<h4><\/h4>\n<h3>1. Bing Conversion Tracking<\/h3>\n<p>Our website uses Bing Conversion Tracking. The service provider is Microsoft Corporation, One Microsoft Way, Redmond, WA 98052-6399, USA (hereinafter &#8216;Microsoft&#8217;). The data is processed for the purposes of providing relevant advertising for our products and services and analysing clicks on advertising, purchases and registrations. Cookies are used for analysis and evaluation. This service records your IP address, which of our web pages you have visited, and any other data required by Microsoft to provide conversion tracking. The information generated about your use of this website is stored on a server in the USA. This information may also be transferred to third parties where required by law or where third parties process this information on our or Microsoft&#8217;s behalf. You may refuse the use of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings on your browser, however please note that if you do this you may not be able to use the full functionality of this website.<\/p>\n<p>The legal basis is your voluntarily given consent. LinkedIn Insight Tag<\/h3>\n<p>We use the LinkedIn Insight Tag on our website. It is provided by LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company Wilton Place, Dublin 2, Ireland (hereinafter &#8216;LinkedIn&#8217;). The purpose of the LinkedIn Insight Tag is to generate anonymised reports on website audience and advertising performance. In addition, we use retargeting features to display targeted advertising outside of our website. To do this, LinkedIn places a cookie on your web browser that collects information such as IP address, device and browser characteristics, and page events (such as page views). The information collected by LinkedIn may be transferred to and stored on servers in the USA. The legal basis for the processing of personal data is your voluntary consent. The legal basis for the transfer of data to the USA is also your voluntarily given consent under Art. 17 (1)(a) FADP. The data collected will be anonymised within seven days and deleted after 90 days. Microsoft Clarity is used to analyse user behaviour on our website on the basis of pseudonymous user IDs. For this purpose, data on the use of this website, user behaviour and, among other things, information on browser type\/version, operating system used, IP address, time of server request and cursor and scroll movements are collected. This information is used to help us design and continually improve our website and to measure the success of our marketing efforts. The information collected by Microsoft Clarity may be transferred to and stored on servers in the USA. Microsoft has joined the Swiss\/US Data Protection Framework and therefore meets the requirements for the transfer of personal data to the USA on the basis of an adequacy decision under Art. 16 (2)(c) FADP. Google Analytics collects data about your use of this website, your user behaviour and information such as browser type\/version, operating system, referrer URL (the previously visited page), host name of the accessing computer (IP address), time of the server request. This data is used to ensure that our website is designed to meet the needs of our customers and to optimise it on an ongoing basis, to measure the success of our marketing activities and to compile statistical analyses. In this context, pseudonymised user profiles are created and cookies are used. User and event data are deleted after 14 months. We may also transfer this information to third parties where required to do so by law, or where such third parties process the information on our behalf or on behalf of Google. Google will not associate your IP address with any other data held by Google. The IP address will be anonymised so that assignment is impossible.
