The CPHI in Barcelona is just around the corner and we are looking forward to presenting our developments and products. From October 24th – 26th we will be together with our partner Bausch + Ströbel, in hall 3 at booth S49. Besides our main business we would like to highlight two of our products: ebeam and Wireless GT.
ebeam
The ebeam technology transfers pre-sterilized, ready to use (RTU) syringes, vials and more in an aseptic isolator/RABS with cleanroom class A. Three electron beams surround the RTU component in a tunnel to ensure rapid and reliable surface decontamination > 6 log using electron energy.
The benefits of this technology include:
- Reliable, reproducible and validatable surface decontamination of RTU components.
- Fast, continuous transfer embedded in a compact design
- Easy qualification and validation by a specialist and yourself
- Low maintenance costs
- Significant reduction in operating costs
- Very high acceptance by FDA and other regulatory authorities
- Conformity with Annex 1
The ebeam technology ensures the transfer of pre-sterilized RTU components with validatable surface decontamination according to Annnex 1.
Wireless GT 2
Furthermore, we present the WirelessGT 2: a fully automatic glove tester that stands out as the most advanced testing system on the market. It was specifically designed to meet the needs of the pharmaceutical industry and complies with cGAMP specifications for pressure decay measurements on isolators and RABS.
