Zum 31. Dezember hat die COMET AG nun einen Vertrag \u00fcber den Verkauf des verbleibenden Ebeam-Komponentengesch\u00e4fts an die SKAN Stein AG geschlossen, der die Durchf\u00fchrung von Serviceaktivit\u00e4ten f\u00fcr 200-kV- und 300-kV-Ebeam\u00ae-Motoren oder deren Komponenten umfasst.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"g-container\"><div class=\"inner\">\n<p>Mit dieser Transaktion sichert und vertieft die SKAN Group f\u00fcr ihre Kunden in der Pharmaindustrie den Zugang und das Know-how zu einer Kerntechnologie. Entsprechend der angek\u00fcndigten Fokus-Strategie konzentriert sich die COMET AG auf ihr Kerngesch\u00e4ft Plasma Control und R\u00f6ntgen.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"g-container\"><div class=\"inner\">\n<p>Matthias Frei, CEO der SKAN Stein AG, freut sich \u00fcber die Produkterg\u00e4nzung: \u201eDer Erwerb von Engineering-Know-How und -Serviceleistungen sichert unseren Kunden in der Pharmaindustrie die Zukunft der Ebeam-Technologie, gerade im Hinblick auf neue Projekte und den Service.
