Scale Entry Error

CAUSE OF ERROR

The Scale is not commuicating to the register properly.

RESOLUTION

Hit clear to remove this error from the display.

Check the scale, usually it is a power issue or the cable came loose.

The scale should show 00.00 on the display. If the screen is blank, check the power cable on the scale end and on the outlet end.

Is the scale plugged in?

Is the Data Cable going from the scale to the register securely plugged into its socket? (on both ends)
